The hotel is located centrally in Van, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and nightlife. While I found the hotel to be clean, the rooms were quite small and the air conditioning didn't work, which made my stay uncomfortable. The breakfast offerings were simple and repetitive, so it left something to be desired. The staff were friendly, but their language skills were limited, which added a bit of frustration when seeking assistance.
I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. While it was clean and in a prime location near all the sites and nightlife, the service was severely lacking, and I struggled with multiple issues in my room. It was disappointing that the air conditioning didn't work and that the staff had difficulty communicating in English. I wouldn’t return if these issues aren’t addressed.
